  • My 1:1 online coaching is designed to give you tailor-made programs that fit your schedule + lifestyle. This service allows you to start enjoying your workouts again + getting excited for the gym by giving you structured workouts that flow + feel good. This helps give you direction + purpose in your workouts & in your fitness journey.

    All programs are personalized & science-backed so you don’t waste anymore time doing pointless workouts that don’t make any real progress.

  • Once you sign up, you will receive an email with forms to fill out so we can get to training! This will include health + physical activity history, along with your attitudes & feelings surrounding exercise. Then we will schedule a one on one coaching call so we can get to know each other & talk more about your goals.

    Each month, you will receive your program + your workouts will be scheduled in my app. Every week, we will do a check in on the app to make sure everything is running smoothly. You can send videos of your lifts in the app anytime you need a form check or have questions! Every 4 weeks, we will have a coaching call to go over your plan for the next month & regroup.

  • Women who are tired of working out & not LOOKING like they workout.

    This program is best for those who feel relatively comfortable in the gym, have experience lifting, and/or are in a regular routine of working out.

    You may already be self-motivated, but you would like some accountability + motivation to help you reach your goals. Writing programs just isn't for you + you want to be sure you are following a program best suited for your goals.

  • This program is made for women looking for building a consistent exercise routine. This program is all about establishing healthy habits, forming exercise adherence, and finding balance with exercise & nutrition. This program targets both mental + physical components of health to help you start working towards the results you desire!

  • After signing up, you will receive an email to sign up for my app + fill out a few forms on health history + your experiences and feelings associated with physical activity. Next, we will set up a coaching call to go over any questions you have, your goals + to get to know each other!

    You will receive your first week of workouts that day + I will create your personalized program for the first by the end of the first week.

    Each week, you will have a check-in along with an activity to help you form habits, create healthier mindsets, and establish goals that best suit you. All check-ins will be done in-app + at the end of your first month, we will have our monthly coaching call!

    Any lifts you are struggling with, you can send videos through the app so I can check form & give you feedback.

    At the end of the 3 months, we will go over your potential next steps!

  • This program is for any women who want to shift their mindset around exercise + nutrition. If you are newer to working out or if you want to create healthy lifestyle changes, this program is for you! We will go over forming habits, creating goals, and making balanced + healthy decisions so you can stay consistent in the gym + in the kitchen.

  • Women who have specific competition or performance goals. Anyone who is interested in cross-fit, body-building, powerlifting, or olympic lifting-specific training styles. Anyone who is not prepared for the time commitment, money commitment, or lifestyle change that you will be required to have to see the results you desire.

  • Once you have purchased 1:1 online personal training, I will invite you to join my app along with a few pre-consultation forms. Once all forms are complete, we can set up our first 1:1 coaching call to discuss goals, expectations, & make a plan for the next month!

    If you have any questions or concerns you want addressed before working with me, send me an email, instagram DM, or ask about a consultation so I can make you feel comfortable & confident about your purchase!

  • Nope! If you do not have a gym membership we can plan all of your workouts to be done at home with minimal equipment.

    *Disclaimer: A gym membership is strongly encouraged & will mostly likely be the most beneficial to you depending on your goals.

  • All messaging, video calls, and programs will be available in my app. Each month I will give you tailor-made programs just for you that work around your schedule and available time to train. Each exercise will have a video for you to refer to so you can be sure you are using correct form. All of your progress and achievements will be recorded in-app as well! Any questions or concerns can be communicated through directly messaging me through the app.

  • No contracts required here! Online personal training is charged on a monthly basis and you can choose to stop training at any time!

    I ask that anyone looking to train with me has the intention of training for at least 3 months to ensure they can receive the most out of working with me. With that said, I do not require anyone to work with me any longer than they feel comfortable with!

  • I specialize in 1:1 online personal training for women. Most of my clientele consists of women looking to make exercise part of their lifestyle! Based on your goals and my expertise, I can create programs that help you reach strength goals, body physique goals, or general fitness & lifestyle goals.
